Long Branch Rotary Club Luncheon

Phi Kappa Theta brothers are invited to attend a luncheon sponsored by the Long Branch Rotary Club and featuring SHU Men’s Basketball Head Coach Kevin Willard as guest speaker.

The luncheon will be held on Friday, August 6, at Rooney’s Oceanfront, 100 Ocean Avenue, Long Branch, at 12:15 p.m. Directions are attached. PKT brothers will be seated together.

The $20/person price (payable at the door) covers lunch, salad, coffee and dessert. While there is no pre-registration, I need to know by August 3rd if you plan to attend.

The invitation was arranged by Alexis Tucci ’64, a Long Branch attorney and a past president and director of the Long Branch Rotary Club. Lex is a recipient of the Paul Harris Fellow award from Rotary International – the highest honor the Rotarians bestow.

We are grateful to Brother Tucci and the Long Branch Rotary Club for giving us another chance to meet Coach Willard and to learn more about his coaching/recruiting philosophy, plans for the 2010-11 season and views on returning and new players.
